SB15 - Small Batch Sarina Sugar Shed Rum

SB15 is the perfect small batch to mark the Sarina Sugar Shed’s 15^th Anniversary.

Small Batch #15 is a premium 3 year barrel aged rum. The sugarcane spirit has been matured in white American Oak ex-bourbon barrels to develop the base flavour and colour, before being finished in Grand Tokay barrels from Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley.  This has created a smooth and luscious rum that is crafted with delectable hints of honey, toffee, caramel and exotic spices which will linger on the palate and in your memory.
