In celebration of Festival of Arts Mackay 37th year, the Sugar Shed have produced a one off limited edition liqueur that celebrates the theme - Festival Fever!  Only available for a short time over June- July 2024.

Distilled with local handpicked zested lime and infused with earthy notes of agave extract.  Zesty Chilli Agave delivers a delight zing that dance on your palate, the finish is lingering warmth of chilli, adding a delight twist to this extraordinary spirit.

METHOD
SALT THE RIM AND GARNISH
• 45ml Sugar Shed Zesty Chilli Agave Liqueur
• 15ml Sugar Shed Orange and Ginger NOI (or Cointreau or Orange Curacao)
• 30ml Lime Juice
• Lime wedges
• Salt (or Chilli infused salt)
• Ice
Add Zesty Chilli Agave liqueur, Orange and Ginger NOI, lime juice and ice into a cocktail
shaker, shake well and strain into a salt rimmed glass (or chilli salt for extra ZING)..
Pour a small amount of salt onto a saucer, rub lime wedge around the edge of the glass to moisten the rim, and wipe away any excess juice. Hold the glass at a 45-degree angle from the saucer and gently roll the edge of the glass
