Colonial Spiced Rum – Distiller’s Limited Edition (700ml, 40% ABV) is a special release from our distiller, Sarah-Jane Parrott, exhibiting all of the unique characteristics of North Queensland, bathed in sunshine and naturally cured.

Built on a base of the Sugar Shed’s finest barrel-aged rum, Sarah has infused vanilla beans from Broken Nose Vanilla Farm and a blend of carefully selected spices to create this lively, full-bodied rum of exceptional quality.
