Jamworks of Glen Aplin, Queensland, is a producer of artisan gourmet preserves. The original small shop offered over 100 varieties of gourmet preserves, sourcing most of the ingredients from local farms. The local district has everything you can think of, tomatoes, capsicums, zucchinis, eggplants, onions, garlic, chilli, stone fruits, many varieties of berries and of course the well-known Stanthorpe Apples!
